MUSOC’s latest show is a satirical look at the world of big business. Sex, greed, money, ambition… it’s just another day at the office for this quirky cast of characters. The show chronicles the rise, fall, and rise of the male protagonist as he follows the instructions in his “little book”, as well as his own daring to find success and love (but mainly success).

MUSOC is proud to present the 2019 season of the one and only FOOTLOOSE, this March for six nights only!
Based on the iconic 1980s film of the same name, Footloose is an energetic, exciting show crammed full of all-time favourite tunes such as Holding Out for a Hero, Let's Hear it for the Boy, and (of course) Footloose.
Footloose follows Ren, a boy from Chicago, as he moves to a small farming town with his mother. Ren is prepared for the inevitable adjustment to his new high school but not the rigorous local edicts, including a ban on dancing instituted by the local preacher. When the reverend's rebellious daughter sets her sights on Ren, her roughneck boyfriend tries to sabotage him, with many of the locals eager to believe the worst about the new kid. The heartfelt story that emerges is of a father longing for the son he lost and a young man aching for the father who walked out on him.
